Can you get a transformer to change 60Hz to 50Hz? No. Changing the voltage is easy, changing the frequency is not.
Will they be affected? Yes. Items with timers or timing circuits will run faster, clocks will not keep time. Some motors may run hotter, shortening their lifespan. Could they cause a fire? Always a potential.
Most appliances these days are rated as 110/220 50/60Hz. Check the manufacturer’s label on each and if they do say 50/60Hz, you are good to go. If they say 50Hz only, you might want to consider replacements that will handle 50/60. Or, just run them all on 60Hz until they die! (and they may not)
