Can I make a compost with pine shavings and dog poo?

I run a pet/mostly puppy store. and I keep my puppies in kennels with pine shavings. Every morning I vacuum out all the shavings because the puppies poo at night as well as during the day I vacuum whenever the puppies go to the bathroom. I also clean the guinea pig and rabbit cages with the vacuum daily.

I get about 3-4 cubic feet of soiled shavings everyday.

I am wondering if there is any way I can make some kind of a compost with these shavings?
it seems so wasteful to throw it all in the dumpster everyday. And compost is the only way i can think to recycle it.

THANKS!
for any help or other suggestions to do with all this poo!!!!!

Do not use dog poo for compost or fertilizer. It is full of bacteria and contains other chemicals that are harmful to plants (it will burn them, not help them). There are two ways to process dog poo for use in a garden:

One is to use a chemical with an enzyme to break down the harmful chemicals in the poo. You would bury a bucket or small trash can with the bottom cut off of it in the yard, throw in the poo, and then pour in a special enzyme-filled liquid. This liquid eliminates the odor and turns the poo into a relatively harmless sludge, kind of like how a septic tank works, that then seeps into the ground. Do not do this, however, around underground water supplies (wells).

The other method is to put the poo into a container full of a certain kind of redworm. The redworms eat the poo and secrete a black liquid concentrated fertilizer called Black Gold. You can then use this fertilizer throughout your garden. But, it’s recommended that you do not use it on plants or trees that produce edible fruits or vegetables.

Many municipalities also have pet waste collection services. There is a truck down the street from my house with a decal on the side that advertises a company called Poop Patrol. Their service is to go to clients’ houses every coupla-few days and collect the dog poo. I don’t know what they then do with it (it’s illegal to put dog poo into the trash in California). But, I suspect they process it in one of the two ways mentioned above.
